Marks & Spencer Foodhall – Temple Fortune

We completed the full refrigeration electrical package at the new Marks & Spencer Foodhall in Temple Fortune, delivered on a tight programme. Our scope included power and data wiring to all chilled and frozen display cases, along with power, control, and RDM data wiring to two coldrooms within the warehouse.

Works also covered control wiring to the main refrigeration pack and condenser fans, integrating probes, evaporator fans, and system communications for efficient and reliable operation.

The project was completed within schedule, demonstrating our ability to deliver technically complex refrigeration installations to a high standard under challenging time constraints.

Oriental Supermarket

We delivered a full refrigeration electrical package for a new Oriental Supermarket, covering six coldroom chillers and freezers and thirty-two remote chiller and freezer display cases.

All pack and condenser works were also carried out by our team, with complete power and control installations integrated through RDM data and power systems. The works were completed in accordance with BS 7671 wiring regulations and F-Gas standards, including full containment, wiring, testing, and commissioning.

The project was finished to a high technical standard, demonstrating our capability to deliver efficient and professional refrigeration electrical installations within a retail environment.

Supermarket Lighting Upgrade

On this project DLC Designed installed and commisioned this full LED lighting upgrade. Creating a more inviting environment for customers to do their shopping.
We added more lights and was still able to save the customer money on their energy bills.

The Gym Group Project

We recently completed a full electrical wiring project for a newly outfitted gym, ensuring all systems were installed to the highest safety and efficiency standards. This included power distribution for high-performance equipment, energy-efficient LED lighting, emergency lighting, and integrated control systems. The project was delivered on time and tailored to meet the specific needs of a modern fitness environment.

CO-OP Project

Our team successfully carried out the complete electrical installation for a local Co-op store, covering everything from power and lighting to refrigeration and security systems. We ensured all work met current regulations and was completed with minimal disruption to other trades. The project included energy-efficient lighting, distribution board upgrades, and reliable backup systems to support 24/7 retail operations.

Lighting Project

We recently completed a bespoke RGB LED lighting installation in a private home, creating a modern, customizable lighting atmosphere throughout key living areas. The system allows full control of color and brightness via a mobile app, offering both functional and mood lighting options. This project added a stylish and energy-efficient upgrade, perfectly tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle and preferences.
